Our dog grooming services are tailored to your dog's breed, needs and temperament. New customers will receive a free consultation prior to booking, to agree specific requirements in advance, so we can ensure your dog has the best experience possible and put your mind at ease.

Bath & Brush Out
This is a great service to ensure your dog's coat is maintained correctly and ensuring there is no build up of knots or dirt that can seriously affect your dogs wellbeing.
This is only offered to clients already on a regular Grooming schedule with us. We recommend this half way between your last grooming session and next.
Puppy Package
Here at Golden Paws we understand the importance of training puppies from an early age, to ensure we have a well balanced adult dog for life. This is also true of the grooming experience!!
We actively encourage puppy owners not to delay a puppy being inducted to a salon environment, as 6+ months puppies will find it harder to adjust to the grooming experience.
Cancellation Policy
Salon clients - at least a 24 hour notice period is required per dog, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the grooming fee. Clients failing to give the required 24 hours cancellation notice and miss their appointment completely will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the grooming fee and a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. Academy students - If you wish to cancel your course then this must be done before the final payment is required. Once the total amount is paid it cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
