Consultation

*We require all potential new clients to attend a free consultation with their dog before we will arrange a Grooming Appointment.

This is a lovely way for your dog to be introduced to a new environment and people. This allows us to assess if they need further settling in sessions to ensure your dog receives the best experience we can offer.

During this session we will discuss your requirements and cost and future schedules. If you are only interested in a one off session then we are not the salon for you. The Grooming process can be a stressful experience for even the most confident of dogs, it takes time for us to build trust between us and your dog and this can only occur if you are committed to a regular schedule of 4 to 8 weeks ( dependent on your dogs breed, coat, behaviour and additional needs).
