Service Description

Refresher courses are aimed at people that have a minimum of 2 years salon experience. The course will be tailor made to suit your requirements so a consultation must be arranged before booking a course with us. Multiple days can be block booked or arranged 1 or 2 days a week to suit your own working arrangements. The courses will run from 10am till 3pm and dogs will be provided ( except our 1 day course you must provide a minimum of 2 dogs). Course cost: 1 Day Refresher Training £350 2 Days Refresher Training £600 3 Days Refresher Training £750 4 Days Refresher Training £800 Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Cancellation Policy

Salon clients - at least a 24 hour notice period is required per dog, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the grooming fee. Clients failing to give the required 24 hours cancellation notice and miss their appointment completely will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the grooming fee and a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. Academy students - If you wish to cancel your course then this must be done before the final payment is required. Once the total amount is paid it cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
