Grooming is an essential part of a modern dog’s life, and training in learning how to behave while being groomed is just as important as other obedience and social skills. Fear or bad behaviour while being groomed can end up costing you more money and stress in the long run. With this in mind, we like all new puppies to enrol to our Introduction to grooming Puppy Package, to ensure your puppy gets the very best start and introduction to a grooming routine. You can register your puppy from £180.00 inclusive of VAT (depending on breed) which includes Ten introductory sessions. 1. A 10-minute consultation for you and your puppy to say hello and become familiar with us before your puppy is left for their next session. 2. Socialisation session, play time and more time experiencing noises in the salon. 3. Socialise, Bath, Dried, light trim. 4. Socialisation session, play time and more time experiencing noises in the salon. 5.Socialisation session, brush and comb out. 6. Socialisation session, play time and more time experiencing noises in the salon. 7. Full groom to include, bath, hand dried, nails, ear cleaned, trimmed to a style to suit you and your dog's lifestyle. 8. Socialisation session, play time and more time experiencing noises in the salon. 9. Socialisation session, brush and comb out. 10. This session is for you to attend with your dog to show you the correct equipment to use to keep your dog's coat knot free inbetween grooming sessions. This also will build a bond between you and your dog and make your dog comfortable with being handled. Each visit builds on the last and revisits any areas that the puppy was less confident with. Tips and guidance are given to owners on grooming routines required at home and tools that we recommend. T&C’s - Puppies must be under 6 months of age and fully vaccinated in order to enrol. All ten sessions must be booked in advance, take place within a 10-week period and paid for in full before training commences. We are an extremely busy salon and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be required for changes to appointments (less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full charge). If an appointment needs to be changed, we will endeavour to fit your puppy in the same week but cannot guarantee that we will have space. We now have two salon locations for you to choose from, Stonehouse in Stroud and Gloucester

Cancellation Policy

Salon clients - at least a 24 hour notice period is required per dog, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the grooming fee. Clients failing to give the required 24 hours cancellation notice and miss their appointment completely will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the grooming fee and a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. Academy students - If you wish to cancel your course then this must be done before the final payment is required. Once the total amount is paid it cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
