Service Description

We run an academy alongside our salon, our trainees will require dogs to work on. They are supervised at all times and your dog’s welfare is always a priority to us. You will receive a 20% discount of the full groom session for your dog and if we don’t have trainees you will still receive the discount. We will need your dog for the day as we like to ensure our trainees fully understand every aspect of your dog groom. This not only includes the full groom but also understanding how each groom must be adjusted to suit each dog's needs. You will need to drop your dog off at 930 am and collect at 4pm. Your dog will be given secured toilet breaks and will have access to fresh water throughout the day and plenty of rest as required. In order to apply for this, you must commit to a 6-week rolling schedule and payments must be received by direct debit.

Cancellation Policy

Salon clients - at least a 24 hour notice period is required per dog, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the grooming fee. Clients failing to give the required 24 hours cancellation notice and miss their appointment completely will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the grooming fee and a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. Academy students - If you wish to cancel your course then this must be done before the final payment is required. Once the total amount is paid it cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
