Service Description

Upon completing your meet and greet you will be invited to attend a four day taster week. This is to give you a real insight into the dog grooming industry and to see if this is the right career for you before attending the full course. This will also be an opportunity for us to confirm if our course is suitable for you and to see where your natural strengths and weaknesses are so we can adjust the course accordingly. This is £500.00 and must be paid to confirm the dates of your taster week. Upon successful completion of this a placement will be offered to complete the course. This will then be deducted from your total balance.

Cancellation Policy

Salon clients - at least a 24 hour notice period is required per dog, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the grooming fee. Clients failing to give the required 24 hours cancellation notice and miss their appointment completely will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the grooming fee and a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. Academy students - If you wish to cancel your course then this must be done before the final payment is required. Once the total amount is paid it cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
